Some ligatures and alternate characters for the Ballpoint Roman typeface

Although watching a font being created in near realtime can be as exciting as watching the grass grow for most. However, we continue with the refinements to the Ballpoint Roman (née Regular) face with alternate characters and ligatures to extend and enhance the font.
