Uncial font character set

Second round of development on the new Uncial Display font and working through expanding the character set. This family is derived from a typgraphy sample from the early 20th Century and although a true Uncial does not have lower case characters, this sample contained a set that I am including in this face. The additional work is including some limited punctuation and several ligatures to enhance the feature set.
